Do you have a huge collection of healing tools for your soul but unsure how to integrate them into your daily life? I was feeling this way and so I created a soul menu. Each morning I read through each of four lists (mind, body, heart and spirit) and see how each one feels intuitively. If It feels right, I add it to my task list for the day. If it doesn't feel right, I say, "not now" and move on.
